加州新法案2017年上路 議員：把兒童推向賣淫合法化

此新聞原標題「加州通過兒童賣淫合法」確實有誤，根據SB1322法案原文可得知：不是合法，而是除罪，即18歲以下未成年賣淫在刑法上不構成犯罪（crime）。也就是說，沒有合法化兒童賣淫，但對賣淫的兒童來說並不視為有罪的（成人當然構成犯罪）。
